ACPA Books: We Look Forward to Working With You

written by: Jenny Small and Kari Taylor, ACPA Books Co-Editors

As we begin our roles as ACPA Books Co-editors, we want to take a moment to introduce ourselves.

Jenny Small currently serves as associate director of the Mandel Center for Studies in Jewish Education at Brandeis University and as an adjunct instructor in the Higher Education in Student Affairs (HESA) program at Salem State University. She loves writing and helping other people shape their arguments. She has been an associate editor of Journal of College & Character since 2014 and is a member of the editorial review board of Religion & Education. Jenny has authored three books, including editing a collaborative volume published by ACPA Books and Stylus Press in 2015.

Kari Taylor currently serves as an associate professor in the Department of Education and the director of the Student Affairs Administration (SAA) master’s program at Springfield College. Throughout her career, she has sought out opportunities to combine her twin passions of working with words and working with writers within higher education and student affairs. Previously, she has served as an editorial assistant and associate editor for About Campus, and she has authored several book chapters for Stylus Press publications.

We are eager to work with you and provide guidance as you pursue your writing goals. Wherever you are in the process of proposing and writing a book, we are here to help. Please contact us at Jenny Small ([email protected]) and Kari Taylor ([email protected]).

Wishing you all a rejuvenating summer,

Jenny Small and Kari Taylor
